Marsha Hebert
Eat For Life By Marsha
Marsha Hebert is the founder and owner of Eat For Life By Marsha Inc., a Calgary-based gluten-free company focused on promoting healthy eating through her cookbooks and Gluten-Free Pantry store.
At the age of 12, Marsha was diagnosed with anemia and suffered for many years with gluten and dairy intolerance. In her early 30s, she became aware of celiac causes and symptoms, leading her to adopt a gluten and dairy-free diet. Since then, she has been on a gluten and dairy-free journey, experiencing tremendous improvements in her health.
Marsha's passion for helping others achieve success with their health has brought her to create and share her gluten-free recipes, as well as educate others on more ways to eat gluten-free without guilt. She credits her daughter as her inspiration and driving force in her commitment to this mission.
Through Eat For Life By Marsha Inc., Marsha is dedicated to providing resources, cookbooks, and a Gluten-Free Pantry store that cater to the needs of individuals seeking gluten-free options. Her goal is to empower others to embrace a healthy and gluten-free lifestyle while enjoying delicious and satisfying meals.
